Tomato Confit

healthy food italian tomatoes



Tomato Confit is a very simple recipe which will permit to have a particular ingredient to add to salads, to use as side dish or dressing for pasta or focaccia.
 
Ingredients
 
20 cherry tomatoes
4 tbsps icing sugar
salt / pepper
2 tbsps olive oil

 
cherry baked toma
















Preheat oven at 110° , cut in half tomatoes and place in a baking tray covered with baking paper.
Salt and sprinkle with sugar. Season with olive oil and bake for 2 hours at 110°
