Baked fish a very simple recipe

This is a very simple recipe which I prepare often because I like fish and is healthy food!What is very important is to cook fresh fish!
 
Ingredients for 2 people
 
2 fresh gilthead sea bream
6 tbsps olive oil
salt
baking paper
1 lemon
 
typical tuscan and italian dish
 


















Today I bought 2 fresh gilthead sea bream and I decided to bake in foil.
Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Clean and rinse fish; allow to drain. Sprinkle lightly with salt and drizzle with olive oil.
Stuff and wrap each fish separately in aluminum foil or baking paper, bake 15 minutes .
Cooking times will vary depending on the weight of the fish and on the method of cooking, microwave or oven, anyway consider 300g fish/15 minutes.
Unwrap, remove to a hot platter. garnish with lemon slices. Ideal with Vermentino.
