Zucchini Rolls a super appetizer!

Ingredients 4 people
 
1 zucchina
salt
15 dried tomatoes
220g white wine
220g water
marjoram,thyme, parsley
2 sandwich loaf
5 slices of provola cheese
olive oil

Bring a pan of salted water to a boil and cook for few minutes finely sliced zucchini, meanwhile boil dried tomato in a pan of water, white wine.

Blend finely bread with herbs, start to prepare wraps rolling slices of zucchini with tomatoes and cheese. Close the rolls with a toothpick and place on baking tray layed with paper, garnish using bread and herbs crumble, drizzle with oil and bake for 5 minutes in the oven, serve hot.
