Italian Focaccia Bread with rosemary

To prepare an homemade focaccia bread use Traditional Italian Homemade Pizza (dough) recipe, spread a little olive oil in your baking pan, roll out the dough using your hands, then dimple the breads with your thumb, paint the top with olive oil – as much as you want, sprinkle with salt, pepper and add the rosemary.

Bake in preheated oven at 250° for 10min., serve warm. In Tuscany we usually eat with prosciutto crudo ( Italian cured ham), salami and soft fresh cheese like stracchino.
