Zucchini Trifolati

I love eat vegetables and I think that the best way to cook them is simple recipes, sometimes I eat them without any dress!
 
Ingredients 4 people
8 zucchini
4 tbsps olive oil
5 leaves fresh mint
5 leaves fresh basil
2/3 sprngs thyme
salt/pepper
 
zucchine trifolate
















Clean vegetables, finely slice them and put in a large non stick pan, add olive oil, mint, basil, thyme and season with salt and pepper, cook without browning over low heat for 15/20 minutes, serve hot.
