Ingredients for 2 people
2 mozzarella made with buffalo milk bufala (verify that is certified DOP : Denominazione
di origine protetta- in italian language or PDO : Protected Designation of
Origin),
few fresh leaves of basil
4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
2 tomatoes
1 tablespoon oregano
Cut the cheese and tomato into slices, drizzle
everything with oil, sprinkle with salt and oregano.
Here's a healthy and tasty dish, ideal with Tuscan red
wine.
