4 zucchini
4 tablespoons Olive oil
150 ml white sauce bechamel
1 egg
50gr. grated Parmesan
nutmeg,
salt,pepper
In a non stick saucepan, cook over medium heat oil and thinly sliced zucchini, salt to taste.
When the vegetables are cooked, blend with the mixer, add the white sauce, Parmesan cheese, egg and nutmeg.
Mix well and pour into a loaf pan, bake in preheated oven to 180 degrees for 40 minutes. Serve hot.
