Zucchine Pie- Tortino di Zucchine

Ingredients 4 people
 
4 zucchini
4 tablespoons Olive oil
150 ml white sauce bechamel
1 egg
50gr. grated Parmesan
nutmeg, salt,pepper
 
In a non stick saucepan, cook over medium heat oil and thinly sliced ​​zucchini, salt to taste. When the vegetables are cooked, blend with the mixer, add the white sauce, Parmesan cheese, egg and nutmeg. Mix well and pour into a loaf pan, bake in preheated oven to 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
