Ingredient for 4 people
4 large slices of salmon
1 kg potatoes
6 tbsps olive oil
salt/pepper
Clean and finely slice potatoes, season with salt, pepper and olive oil, bake in a large non stick tray in preheated oven to 250° for 20/30 minutes. When the potatoes will be cooked add slices of salmon, do not add nothing, this fish is already tasty anyway before to eat you can add a sprinkle of salt and pepper. Bake for 15 minutes and serve hot, ideal with Vermentino white wine.
