Parmesan cheese cream

Parmesan cheese Cream is a tasty sauce to prepare in  few minutes, excellent for seasoning pasta dishes and appetizers. This cream is prepared as béchamel with addition of grated Parmesan cheese. You can use to dress vegetables pies, pasta, risotto or croutons.


Ingredients

30g. butter
30g. flour
500 ml milk
50g. Parmesan cheese

In a saucepan melt and, once melted,add the flour, stirring with a whisk to obtain a roux well blended. Now add the milk, continue to stir cooking the mixture over low heat, until thicken.
Remove the pan from the heat and pour in grated Parmesan cheese, mix well. Serve the cream as you prefer... Buon appetito !
